Serve these tasty, citrusy chicken skewers with rice or sweet potato wedges. The marinade also works perfectly for larger chicken pieces or boneless breasts. Don't be afraid of a hot grill to get a nice char on the chicken!

  1. Add orange, orange, lime, lime, fresh chili, sunflower oil, garlic clove, muscovado sugar and cumin seeds to a clean glass baking dish
  2. Mix
  3. Add chicken breast to the chicken
  4. Toss well and cover
  5. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  6. Pre-heat Grill
  7. Retrieve
  8. Skewer
  9. Cook until cooked through then set aside
  10. Transfer chicken to serving plate
  11. Garnish with lemon and cilantro
  12. Serve
