  8. Get a clean saucepan
  9. Add water
  10. Add salt
  11. Boil
  12. Add tagliatelle
  13. Cook until al dente
  14. Get a clean saucepan
  15. Add olive oil
  16. Add prepared garlic clove
  17. Add prepared shallot
  18. Cook while stirring occasionally - 3 min, medium heat
  19. Add peas
  20. Add prepared fresh broad beans
  21. Add prepared asparagus
  22. Add prepared spinach
  23. Cook while stirring occasionally - 2 min, medium heat
  24. Add heavy cream
  25. Simmer - 3 min, medium heat
  26. Drain pasta
  27. Transfer pasta to vegetables
  28. Season with salt & pepper generously
  29. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  30. Add prepared mint
  31. Toss with slotted spoon
  32. Serve immediately
