  1. Prep and set aside garlic clove: finely chopped
  2. Prep and set aside green onion: finely sliced
  3. Prep and set aside fresh chili: deseeded & finely chopped
  4. Prep and set aside jumbo shrimp: peeled
  5. Prep and set aside cilantro: finely chopped
  6. Prep and set aside cilantro: finely chopped
  7. Get a clean large saucepan
  8. Add water
  9. Boil
  10. Season with salt generously
  11. Add spaghetti
  12. Cook until al dente
  13. Get a clean frying pan
  14. Add butter
  15. Add olive oil
  16. Melt in frying pan on medium heat
  17. Add prepared garlic clove
  18. Add prepared green onion
  19. Add prepared fresh chili
  20. Cook in frying pan for 3min on medium heat while stirring occasionally
  21. Add prepared jumbo shrimp
  22. Cook in frying pan for 4min on high heat until cooked through
  23. Stir in lemon juice
  24. Stir in prepared cilantro and turn off heat
  25. Drain pasta
  26. Transfer pasta to frying pan
  27. Season with salt & pepper well
  28. Toss well until well combined
  29. Garnish with prepared cilantro
  30. Serve
