Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside salmon filet: cooked
  2. Prep and set aside tinned green lentils: drained
  3. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: chopped
  4. Prep and set aside fresh chives: chopped
  5. Get a clean food processor bowl
  6. Add prepared salmon filet
  7. Add prepared tinned green lentils
  8. Add prepared fresh parsley
  9. Add prepared fresh chives
  10. Add egg
  11. Season with salt & pepper
  12. Pulse until well combined
  13. Transfer mixture to plate
  14. Form into rounds
  15. Coat breadcrumbs
  16. Chill in fridge until set - 15 min
  17. Get a clean frying pan
  18. Add olive oil
  19. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  20. Transfer patties to frying pan
  21. Fry evenly until crispy - 5 min, medium heat
  22. Drain with paper towels
  23. Serve mixed salad leaves
