Step preview

  1. Add salmon filet, tinned green lentils, fresh parsley, fresh chives and egg to a clean food processor bowl
  2. Season with salt & pepper
  3. Pulse until well combined
  4. Transfer mixture to plate
  5. Form into rounds
  6. Coat breadcrumbs with the patties
  7. Chill in fridge until set - 15 min
  8. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  9. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  10. Transfer patties to frying pan
  11. Fry evenly until crispy - 5 min, medium heat
  12. Drain with paper towels
  13. Serve with mixed salad leaves
