    2 tbsp (30ml)

Step preview

  1. Add water, salt and penne to a clean large saucepan
  2. Cook until al dente
  3. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan
  4. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  5. Add garlic clove, chili flakes, tomato, black olives and fresh thyme to the sauce
  6. Cook - 7 min, medium heat
  7. Add canned tuna to the sauce
  8. Simmer in frying pan - 2 min
  9. Season with salt & pepper
  10. Drain pasta
  11. Toss pasta with sauce
  12. Serve immediately
