Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside fresh chili: deseeded & finely chopped
  2. Prep and set aside zucchini: coarsely grated
  3. Get a clean large saucepan
  4. Add water
  5. Season with salt
  6. Cook until al dente
  7. Boil
  8. Add linguine
  9. Drain then set aside
  10. Get a clean frying pan
  11. Add olive oil
  12. Heat in frying pan on high heat
  13. Add jumbo shrimp
  14. Add garlic clove
  15. Add lemon
  16. Add prepared fresh chili
  17. Season with salt
  18. Cook in frying pan for 2min on high heat until just cooked
  19. Add prepared zucchini
  20. Add unsalted butter
  21. Season with salt
  22. Stir well
  23. Cook in frying pan for approx 30s
  24. Transfer pasta to frying pan
  25. Toss until well combined
  26. Serve immediately
