    200g (about ¾ cup)

Step preview

  1. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  2. Season with salt
  3. Cook until al dente
  4. Boil
  5. Add linguine to the pasta
  6. Drain then set aside
  7. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  8. Heat in frying pan - high heat
  9. Add jumbo shrimp, garlic clove, lemon and fresh chili to the frying pan
  10. Season with salt
  11. Cook in frying pan until just cooked - 2 min, high heat
  12. Add zucchini and unsalted butter to the frying pan
  13. Season with salt
  14. Stir well
  15. Cook in frying pan - approx 30 sec
  16. Transfer pasta to frying pan
  17. Toss until well combined
  18. Serve immediately
