  1. Prep and set aside celery stalk: finely sliced
  2. Prep and set aside lima beans: rinsed & drained
  3. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: shaved
  4. Get a clean saucepan
  5. Add olive oil
  6. Heat
  7. Add finely chopped onion
  8. Fry until softened - 3 min
  9. Add prepared celery stalk
  10. Add finely sliced garlic clove
  11. Fry - 2 min
  12. Add prepared lima beans
  13. Add pesto
  14. Add vegetable stock
  15. Add rosemary
  16. Season with salt & pepper lightly
  17. Boil and cover
  18. Simmer gently - 15 min
  19. Serve
  20. Garnish with prepared parmesan cheese
