  1. Add olive oil to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat
  3. Add onion to the saucepan
  4. Fry until softened - 3 min
  5. Add celery stalk and garlic clove to the saucepan
  6. Fry - 2 min
  7. Add lima beans, pesto, vegetable stock and rosemary to the saucepan
  8. Season with salt & pepper lightly
  9. Boil and cover
  10. Simmer gently - 15 min
  11. Serve
  12. Garnish with parmesan cheese
