These tasty chicken kebabs are delicious broiled or barbecued and stuffed into warmed pita bread with hummus. Using lemongrass stalks as the skewers adds even more flavor and makes for a nice presentation.

  3. Add caster sugar
  4. Add soy sauce

  11. Prepare a clean work surface

  13. Peel

  15. Arrange skewer in baking dish

  20. Serve
