  3. Prep and set aside noodles
  4. Prep and set aside cilantro: chopped
  5. Prep and set aside green onion: shredded

  7. Add prepared chicken breast
  8. Get a clean small bowl
  9. Add ground turmeric
  10. Add salt
  11. Mix with teaspoon
  12. Transfer spices to chicken
  13. Leave - 30 min
  14. Prepare a clean work surface
  15. Add lemongrass stalk
  16. Beat
  17. Get a clean food processor bowl
  18. Add skinned, roasted peanuts
  19. Crush until fine
  20. Heat a clean frying pan
  21. Add long grain rice
  22. Toast in frying pan until golden brown
  23. Transfer content of food processor bowl to small bowl
  24. Transfer content of frying pan to food processor bowl
  25. Crush until fine
  26. Get frying pan
  27. Add vegetable oil
  28. Heat in frying pan
  29. Add chopped onion
  30. Fry in frying pan until softened
  31. Transfer chicken to frying pan
  32. Add crushed garlic clove
  33. Add ginger
  34. Add paprika
  35. Add prepared fresh chili
  36. Transfer content of work surface to frying pan
  37. Add fish sauce
  38. Add water
  39. Boil in frying pan to simmer
  40. Transfer content of food processor bowl to small bowl
  41. Mix
  42. Transfer content of small bowl to frying pan
  43. Simmer in frying pan until cooked through - approx 15 min
  44. Stir prepared noodles
  45. Heat in frying pan - 1 min
  46. Serve
  47. Garnish with egg
  48. Garnish with prepared cilantro
  49. Garnish with prepared green onion
