  2. Pre-heat - 190°C
  3. Get a clean food processor bowl
  4. Add blanched hazelnut
  5. Get

  7. Transfer content of food processor bowl to frying pan
  8. Brown until light golden
  9. Transfer nuts to large mixing bowl
  10. Stir until cool
  11. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  12. Add prepared unsalted butter
  13. Add caster sugar
  14. Beat until creamy
  15. Add all purpose flour
  16. Transfer nuts to dough
  17. Mix thoroughly until combined
  18. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  19. Shape dough into balls
  20. Place dough on baking sheet
  21. Bake until light golden - 12 min, 190°C
  22. Cool on round wire rack
