Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Add blanched hazelnut to a clean food processor bowl
  3. Get
  4. Grind until smooth
  5. Transfer content of food processor bowl to frying pan
  6. Brown until light golden
  7. Transfer nuts to large mixing bowl
  8. Stir until cool
  9. Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  10. Beat until creamy
  11. Add all purpose flour to the dough
  12. Transfer nuts to dough
  13. Mix thoroughly until combined
  14. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  15. Shape dough into balls
  16. Place dough on baking sheet
  17. Bake until light golden - 12 min, 190°C
  18. Cool on round wire rack
