Step preview

  1. Add lemon, olive oil, fresh parsley and garlic clove to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix then set aside
  3. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  4. Heat in frying pan - high heat
  5. Add zucchini to the frying pan
  6. Cook in frying pan until browned - 10 min
  7. Add green onion to the frying pan
  8. Cook in frying pan - approx 2 min
  9. Add linguine to a clean large saucepan
  10. Cook until al dente
  11. Drain thoroughly
  12. Transfer noodles to large serving bowl
  13. Transfer content of frying pan to large serving bowl
  14. Transfer content of medium bowl to large serving bowl
  15. Toss well with slotted spoon
  16. serve with parmesan cheese the large serving bowl
