  1. Prep and set aside lemon: zest of
  2. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: chopped
  3. Prep and set aside garlic clove: crushed
  4. Prep and set aside zucchini: sliced
  5. Prep and set aside green onion: finely sliced
  6. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: grated
  7. Get a clean medium bowl
  8. Add prepared lemon
  9. Add olive oil
  10. Add prepared fresh parsley
  11. Add prepared garlic clove
  12. Mix then set aside
  13. Get a clean frying pan
  14. Add olive oil
  15. Heat in frying pan on high heat
  16. Add prepared zucchini
  17. Cook in frying pan for 10min until browned
  18. Add prepared green onion
  19. Cook in frying pan for approx 2min
  20. Get a clean large saucepan
  21. Add dried linguine
  22. Cook until al dente
  23. Drain thoroughly
  24. Transfer noodles to large serving bowl
  25. Transfer content of frying pan to large serving bowl
  26. Transfer content of medium bowl to large serving bowl
  27. Toss well with slotted spoon
  28. serve with prepared parmesan cheese
