Step preview

  1. Add ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, cornflour and water to a clean medium bowl
  2. Stir until smooth then set aside
  3. Heat a clean frying pan
  4. Add vegetable oil and red bell pepper to the frying pan
  5. Cook in frying pan - 2 min
  6. Stir in ginger, garlic clove and fresh chili to the frying pan
  7. Fry in frying pan - 1 min
  8. Add prawns to the frying pan
  9. Heat
  10. Cook in frying pan until thickened - 3 min
  11. Add egg noodles to the frying pan
  12. Cook in frying pan until heated through
  13. Add lime to the frying pan
  14. Scatter green onion over the frying pan
  15. Transfer content of medium bowl to frying pan
  16. Serve immediately
