  1. Prep and set aside red bell pepper: deseeded & sliced
  2. Prep and set aside ginger: finely grated
  3. Prep and set aside garlic clove: crushed
  4. Prep and set aside fresh chili: finely chopped
  5. Prep and set aside prawns: cooked & peeled
  6. Prep and set aside egg noodles: cooked
  7. Prep and set aside green onion: sliced
  8. Get a clean medium bowl
  9. Add ketchup
  10. Add soy sauce
  11. Add sugar
  12. Add cornflour
  13. Add water
  14. Stir until smooth then set aside
  15. Heat a frying pan
  16. Add vegetable oil
  17. Add prepared red bell pepper
  18. Cook in frying pan for 2min
  19. Stir in prepared ginger
  20. Stir in prepared garlic clove
  21. Stir in prepared fresh chili
  22. Fry in frying pan for 1min
  23. Add prepared prawns
  24. Heat
  25. Cook in frying pan for 3min until thickened
  26. Add prepared egg noodles
  27. Cook in frying pan until heated through
  28. Add juice of lime
  29. Scatter prepared green onion
  30. Transfer content of medium bowl to frying pan
  31. Serve immediately
