  1. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside fresh basil: chopped
  3. Prep and set aside fresh chives: chopped
  4. Prep and set aside fresh thyme: chopped
  5. Prep and set aside salt & pepper
  6. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: grated
  7. Get a clean frying pan
  8. Add olive oil
  9. Add finely sliced sundried tomato
  10. Add crushed garlic clove
  11. Cook in frying pan for 5min
  12. Add mascarpone cheese
  13. Add milk
  14. Stir
  15. Remove
  16. Stir in prepared fresh parsley
  17. Stir in prepared fresh basil
  18. Stir in prepared fresh chives
  19. Stir in prepared fresh thyme
  20. Season with prepared salt & pepper
  21. Get a clean large saucepan
  22. Add tagliatelle
  23. Cook
  24. Drain thoroughly
  25. Return sauce
  26. Heat in frying pan on low heat
  27. Toss noodles with sauce gently
  28. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  29. Toss gently
  30. Serve immediately
