Step preview

  1. Add olive oil, sundried tomato and garlic clove to a clean frying pan
  2. Cook in frying pan - 5 min
  3. Add mascarpone cheese and milk to the sauce
  4. Stir
  5. Remove
  6. Stir in fresh parsley, fresh basil, fresh chives and fresh thyme the sauce
  7. Season with salt & pepper
  8. Add tagliatelle to a clean large saucepan
  9. Cook
  10. Drain thoroughly
  11. Return sauce
  12. Heat in frying pan - low heat
  13. Toss noodles with sauce gently
  14. Add parmesan cheese to the sauce
  15. Toss gently
  16. Serve immediately
