Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 220°C
  2. Add pork tenderloin to a clean medium roasting dish
  3. Rub in olive oil the medium roasting dish
  4. Grate lemon into the medium roasting dish
  5. Season with salt & pepper well
  6. Scatter potato over the medium roasting dish
  7. Drizzle with olive oil
  8. Cook - approx 10 min, 220°C
  9. Add lemon and fennel bulb to the medium roasting dish
  10. Scatter fresh sage over the medium roasting dish
  11. Cook until cooked through - 15 min, 220°C
  12. Serve
