  1. Prep and set aside onion: finely sliced
  2. Prep and set aside zucchini: finely sliced
  3. Prep and set aside garlic clove: crushed
  4. Prep and set aside fresh basil: torn

  6. Pre-heat - high heat
  7. Get a clean large saucepan
  8. Add water
  9. Add salt
  10. Boil
  11. Add spaghetti
  12. Cook until al dente
  13. Drain
  14. Get a clean frying pan
  15. Add olive oil
  16. Heat - low heat
  17. Add prepared onion
  18. Cook in frying pan until softened - approx 8 min, low heat
  19. Add prepared zucchini
  20. Add prepared garlic clove
  21. Cook in frying pan while stirring occasionally - 2 min, low heat
  22. Get a clean medium bowl
  23. Add egg
  24. Add salt & pepper
  25. Add parmesan cheese
  26. Add prepared fresh basil
  27. Beat until well combined
  28. Transfer pasta to egg mixture
  29. Transfer content of frying pan to egg mixture and mix
  30. Return egg mixture to frying pan evenly
  31. Cook until set - 10 min, low heat
  32. Broil until set
  33. Shake in frying pan
  34. Transfer content of frying pan to plate
  35. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  36. Garnish with prepared fresh basil
  37. Let cool - approx 5 min
  38. Serve
