Who doesn't love French toast? This boozy version would make an indulgent weekend treat. For the rum and raisin version, use sliced raisin or cinnamon-raisin bread. But it would be nice with other breads, too!

  1. Get a clean medium bowl
  2. Add egg
  3. Add vanilla extract
  4. Add single cream
  5. Add rum
  6. Add ground cinnamon
  7. Beat until completely mixed
  8. Add bread slices
  9. Soak - 2 min
  10. Get a clean frying pan
  11. Heat butter
  12. Transfer bread to frying pan
  13. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown - 3 min, medium heat
  14. Serve
