  1. Add mackerel and teriyaki sauce to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix
  3. Warm sesame oil a clean frying pan
  4. Add sesame seeds, scallion, garlic clove and green beans to the frying pan
  5. Heat in frying pan - 2 min
  6. Add fish stock to the frying pan
  7. Simmer in frying pan - 5 min, medium-low heat
  8. Transfer fish to frying pan
  9. Add egg noodles, sugar and lime juice to the frying pan
  10. Cook gently until cooked through - 2 min, medium-low heat
  11. Serve immediately
