  1. Prep and set aside mackerel: cubed
  2. Prep and set aside scallion: chopped
  3. Prep and set aside garlic clove: finely sliced
  4. Prep and set aside green beans: trimmed
  5. Get a clean medium bowl
  6. Add prepared mackerel
  7. Add teriyaki sauce
  8. Mix
  9. Get a clean frying pan
  10. Warm sesame oil
  11. Add sesame seeds
  12. Add prepared scallion
  13. Add prepared garlic clove
  14. Add prepared green beans
  15. Heat in frying pan for 2min
  16. Add fish stock
  17. Simmer in frying pan for 5min on medium-low heat
  18. Transfer fish to frying pan
  19. Add egg noodles
  20. Add sugar
  21. Add lime juice
  22. Cook gently for 2min on medium-low heat until cooked through
  23. Serve immediately
