  5. Get a clean medium bowl
  6. Add prepared mackerel
  7. Add teriyaki sauce
  8. Mix
  9. Get a clean frying pan
  10. Warm sesame oil
  11. Add sesame seeds
  12. Add prepared scallion
  13. Add prepared garlic clove
  14. Add prepared green beans
  15. Heat in frying pan - 2 min
  16. Add fish stock
  17. Simmer in frying pan - 5 min, medium-low heat
  18. Transfer fish to frying pan
  19. Add egg noodles
  20. Add sugar
  21. Add lime juice
  22. Cook gently until cooked through - 2 min, medium-low heat
  23. Serve immediately
