  1. Prep and set aside ham: torn
  2. Get a clean large saucepan
  3. Add water
  4. Add salt
  5. Boil
  6. Add penne
  7. Cook until al dente
  8. Add frozen peas
  9. Cook - approx 1 min
  10. Drain
  11. Return
  12. Add crème fraîche
  13. Add prepared ham
  14. Add sundried tomato
  15. Add arugula
  16. Stir until well combined
  17. Season with salt & pepper to taste
  18. Serve immediately
