    500g (about 5¾ cups)
  • Frozen peas icon
    Frozen peas
    75g (about ½ cup)
  • Crème fraîche icon
    Crème fraîche
    100g (about ½ cup)
  • Sundried tomato icon
    Sundried tomato
    75g (about 4)
  • Arugula icon
    Arugula
    75g (about 3⅛ cups)
  • Salt & pepper icon
    Salt & pepper

Step preview

  1. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add penne to the large saucepan
  4. Cook until al dente
  5. Add frozen peas to the large saucepan
  6. Cook - approx 1 min
  7. Drain
  8. Return
  9. Add crème fraîche, ham, sundried tomato and arugula to the large saucepan
  10. Stir until well combined
  11. Season with salt & pepper to taste
  12. Serve immediately
