Step preview

  1. Add lime, fresh chili, garlic clove, black peppercorns, mint, ginger, cilantro, pineapple, tomato, honey, tamari and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Blend until smooth - approx 1 min, speed 10
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar then set aside
  8. Add avocado to a clean small bowl
  9. Transfer one quarter of sauce to dressing
  10. Toss gently then set aside
  11. Assemble red cabbage, orange, baby spinach, red onion and mint with a clean large serving bowl
  12. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  13. Arrange dressing in large serving bowl
  14. Garnish with fresh chili
