  4. Prep and set aside red cabbage: shredded
  5. Prep and set aside orange: peeled & segmented

  8. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Add prepared lime
  10. Add fresh chili
  11. Add garlic clove
  12. Add black peppercorns
  13. Add mint
  14. Add ginger
  15. Add cilantro
  16. Add prepared pineapple
  17. Add tomato
  18. Add honey
  19. Add tamari
  20. Add sea salt
  21. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  22. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  23. Blend until smooth - approx 1 min, speed 10
  24. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  25. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar then set aside
  26. Get a clean small bowl
  27. Add prepared avocado
  28. Transfer one quarter of sauce to dressing
  29. Toss gently then set aside
  30. Get a clean large serving bowl
  31. Assemble prepared red cabbage
  32. Assemble prepared orange
  33. Assemble baby spinach
  34. Assemble prepared red onion
  35. Assemble mint
  36. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  37. Arrange dressing in large serving bowl
  38. Garnish with prepared fresh chili
