Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside almonds: soaked & drained
  2. Prep and set aside celery stalk: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside red bell pepper: deseeded & quartered
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add prepared almonds
  6. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  8. Add dulse sea vegetable flakes to the TM5 bowl
  9. Add prepared celery stalk
  10. Add prepared red bell pepper
  11. Add red onion
  12. Add lemon juice
  13. Add soy sauce
  14. Add fresh chili
  15. Add dill
  16. Add fresh parsley
  17. Add sea salt
  18. Chop until well combined - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  19. Transfer nuts to TM5 bowl
  20. Mix - approx 10 sec, reverse speed 2
  21. Serve lettuce
