  2. Prep and set aside tofu: cubed
  3. Get a clean large saucepan
  4. Add vegetable stock
  5. Heat until simmering
  6. Add miso paste

  9. Simmer gently - 5 min
  10. Serve immediately
  11. Garnish with sliced green onion
