Step preview

  1. Add chicken breast to the varoma dish
  2. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  3. Steam chicken - approx 15 min, speed 4
  4. Add spinach, button mushroom, scallion and dried cranberries to the clean medium bowls
  5. Drain TM5 bowl
  6. Add garlic clove, lemon, dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, coconut sugar, nutmeg, smoked paprika and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  7. Add black pepper to the TM5 bowl to taste
  8. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  10. Then pour extra virgin olive oil into the TM5 bowl
  11. Blend while machine is running - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  12. Slice chicken
  13. Arrange chicken in 4 medium bowls
  14. Drizzle 4 medium bowls with content of TM5 bowl
  15. Top with almonds
  16. Serve immediately
