  1. Prep and set aside button mushroom: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside scallion: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside lemon: juice of & zest of
  4. Prep and set aside nutmeg: grated
  5. Get the varoma dish
  6. Add chicken breast
  7. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  8. Add water
  9. Steam chicken - approx 15 min, speed 4
  10. Get 4 clean medium bowls
  11. Add spinach
  12. Add prepared button mushroom
  13. Add prepared scallion
  14. Add dried cranberries
  15. Drain TM5 bowl
  16. Add garlic clove
  17. Add prepared lemon
  18. Add dijon mustard
  19. Add white wine vinegar
  20. Add coconut sugar
  21. Add prepared nutmeg
  22. Add smoked paprika
  23. Add sea salt
  24. Add black pepper to taste
  25. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  26. Pour extra virgin olive oil
  27. Blend while machine is running - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  28. Slice chicken
  29. Arrange chicken in 4 medium bowls
  30. Drizzle 4 medium bowls with content of TM5 bowl
  31. Top with almonds
  32. Serve immediately
