Delicious, nutrient-rich and naturally sweet. This frozen banana and dragon fruit smoothie bowl makes a great breakfast or healthy dessert, just toss it together in your Thermomix and top with fresh fruit and cacao nibs.

  2. Prep and set aside dragon fruit: cubed
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add prepared banana
  5. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 10
  6. Add blueberries
  7. Add vanilla extract
  8. Add coconut milk
  9. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  10. Divide content of TM5 bowl between 4 large serving bowls
  11. Arrange blueberries
  12. Arrange strawberries
  13. Arrange raspberries

  15. Add flaked coconut
  16. Add sesame seeds
  17. Add prepared dragon fruit
  18. Add edible flowers
