A truly delicious salad that's ready in minutes with the Thermomix. The salty umami from the toasted walnuts and prosciutto is countered with an explosion of sweetness from the apples and maple syrup. Kale is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can find; low-calorie but packed with vitamins and antioxidants.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Arrange shelled walnuts
  6. Cook for 10min until toasted and let cool
  7. Transfer one third of nuts to TM5 bowl
  8. Add juice of lemon
  9. Add maple syrup
  10. Add extra virgin olive oil
  11. Add dijon mustard
  12. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  13. Blend for approx 10s
  14. Add prepared kale
  15. Chop for approx 4s
  16. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  17. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  18. Add prepared kale
  19. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to TM5 bowl
  20. Chop for approx 3s
  21. Toss salad until coated
  22. Add prepared pink lady apple
  23. Get a clean frying pan
  24. Add prosciutto
  25. Fry in frying pan until crispy and let cool
  26. Arrange meat in salad
  27. Scatter nuts over salad
  28. Serve immediately
