  10. Add shallot
  11. Add garlic clove
  12. Add dry white wine
  13. Add prepared lime
  14. Add fresh chili
  15. Add medjool dates

  17. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 8
  18. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  19. Blend - approx 1 min, speed 8
  20. Let cool in fridge - 1 hr
  21. Serve
  22. Garnish with mint
