Step preview

  1. Add mango to the clean medium bowls
  2. Top with passion fruit pulp
  3. Add greek yogurt, ricotta cheese and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Whisk - approx 20 sec, speed 4
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Spoon content of TM5 bowl into 4 medium bowls
  8. Clean TM5 bowl with paper towels
  9. Add raspberries, coconut sugar and orange zest to the TM5 bowl
  10. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 10
  11. Drizzle 4 medium bowls with content of TM5 bowl
  12. Swirl
  13. Serve immediately
