  1. Prep and set aside cauliflower: florets of

  3. Prep and set aside cheddar cheese: grated

  5. Pre-heat - 200°C
  6. Get a clean Dutch oven
  7. Add prepared cauliflower
  8. Add prepared leek
  9. Add vegetable stock
  10. Cover to simmer - 5 min
  11. Get a clean small bowl
  12. Add vegetable stock
  13. Add cornflour
  14. Mix with teaspoon until smooth
  15. Add crème fraîche
  16. Stir with teaspoon until completely mixed
  17. Transfer mixture to Dutch oven
  18. Add prepared cheddar cheese
  19. Cook - approx 1 min
  20. Season with salt & pepper to taste
  21. Sprinkle with prepared cheddar cheese
  22. Cook until light golden - 20 min, 200°C
  23. Serve bread slices
