  9. Add prepared onion
  10. Add prepared garlic clove
  11. Add prepared ginger

  15. Add ground cinnamon
  16. Add curry paste
  17. Add lemon juice
  18. Add sugar
  19. Blend into a fine paste
  20. Transfer content of food processor bowl to medium bowl
  21. Add prepared turkey breast
  22. Mix then set aside
  23. Get a clean frying pan
  24. Heat peanut oil
  25. Add prepared onion
  26. Fry in frying pan until golden brown
  27. Prepare a clean work surface with paper towels
  28. Transfer content of frying pan to work surface
  29. Pat dry with paper towels
  30. Get frying pan
  31. Add prepared cauliflower
  32. Fry gently in frying pan - approx 5 min
  33. Add prepared onion
  34. Fry in frying pan until softened - 5 min
  35. Transfer content of frying pan to work surface
  36. Pat dry with paper towels
  37. Heat peanut oil
  38. Transfer marinade to frying pan
  39. Fry gently in frying pan while stirring occasionally - 5 min
  40. Add bay leaves
  41. Add basmati rice
  42. Add chicken stock
  43. Boil in frying pan
  44. Reduce in frying pan until tender to simmer - 12 min
  45. Stir nigella seeds
  46. Transfer content of work surface to frying pan
  47. Season with salt & pepper
  48. Garnish with almonds
  49. Serve immediately
