  1. Prep and set aside banana: sliced
  2. Pre-heat
  3. Get a clean frying pan
  4. Add light brown sugar
  5. Add water
  6. Heat in frying pan until caramelized
  7. Add butter carefully
  8. Prepare a clean work surface
  9. Lay out puff pastry
  10. Cut out
  11. Transfer pastry to baking sheet
  12. Arrange prepared banana
  13. Spoon three quarters of caramel into pastry
  14. Bake for 15min until just cooked
  15. Drizzle pastry with caramel
