Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
2. In a clean large mixing bowl beat eggs until frothy
3. Add butter, sugar and all purpose flour and beat until smooth
4. Stir buttermilk into the mixture
5. Add vanilla extract, lemon juice and nutmeg and stir until well combined
6. Add basic pie crust to a clean pie dish
7. Pour the buttermilk filling into pie dish
8. Bake until firm - 50 min, 175°C / 350°F
9. Let cool on round wire rack
10. Serve
