Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  3. Add bacon to the baking pan
  4. Dust with smoked paprika
  5. Bake until crispy - 30 min, 160°C
  6. Add egg to the simmering basket
  7. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  8. Steam - approx 15 min, 100°C, speed 4
  9. Drain
  10. Peel eggs
  11. Add scallion, cilantro and garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
  12. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  13. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  14. Transfer eggs to TM5 bowl
  15. Transfer three quarters of bacon to TM5 bowl
  16. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  17. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  18. Add crème fraîche to the TM5 bowl
  19. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  20. Transfer bacon to TM5 bowl
  21. Season with salt & pepper
  22. Serve
