Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 160°C
  2. Line a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  3. Add bacon
  4. Dust with smoked paprika
  5. Bake until crispy - 30 min, 160°C
  6. Get the simmering basket
  7. Add egg
  8. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Add water
  10. Steam - approx 15 min, 100°C, speed 4
  11. Drain
  12. Peel eggs
  13. Add scallion to the TM5 bowl
  14. Add cilantro
  15. Add garlic clove
  16. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  17. Transfer eggs to TM5 bowl
  18. Transfer three quarters of bacon to TM5 bowl
  19. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  20. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  21. Add crème fraîche
  22. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  23. Transfer bacon to TM5 bowl
  24. Season with salt & pepper
  25. Serve
