Step preview

  1. Pre-heat
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  3. Add bacon
  4. Dust with smoked paprika
  5. Bake for 30min until crispy
  6. Get the simmering basket
  7. Add egg
  8. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Add water
  10. Steam for approx 15min
  11. Drain
  12. Peel eggs
  13. Retrieve TM5 bowl
  14. Add scallion
  15. Add cilantro
  16. Add garlic clove
  17. Chop for approx 3s
  18. Transfer eggs to TM5 bowl
  19. Transfer three quarters of bacon to TM5 bowl
  20. Blend for approx 10s
  21. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  22. Add crème fraîche
  23. Blend for approx 10s
  24. Transfer bacon to TM5 bowl
  25. Season with salt & pepper
  26. Serve
