Homemade muesli bars are so much healthier than store-bought, plus they are easy to make and tastier too! You could melt chocolate for drizzling if you like.

Step preview

  1. Add almonds, coconut oil and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blitz - approx 30 sec, speed 6
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Add vanilla bean paste, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, dried cherries and maple syrup to the mixture
  6. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 6
  7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  8. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  9. Transfer mixture to baking sheet
  10. Press tightly until smooth
  11. Refrigerate in fridge - 4 hr
  12. Cut
  13. Transfer content of baking sheet to plastic container
  14. Refrigerate in fridge
