Homemade muesli bars are so much healthier than store-bought, plus they are easy to make and tastier too! You could melt chocolate for drizzling if you like.

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside almonds: toasted
  2. Prep and set aside pistachios: shelled
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add prepared almonds
  5. Add coconut oil
  6. Add sea salt
  7. Blitz - approx 30 sec, speed 6
  8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  9. Add vanilla bean paste
  10. Add rolled oats
  11. Add pumpkin seeds
  12. Add prepared pistachios
  13. Add dried cherries
  14. Add maple syrup
  15. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 6
  16. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  17. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  18. Transfer mixture to baking sheet
  19. Press tightly until smooth
  20. Refrigerate in fridge - 4 hr
  21. Cut
  22. Transfer content of baking sheet to plastic container
  23. Refrigerate in fridge
