Gluten free low carb crackers, scads of flavour. This batch of crackers will have you reaching for another and another, guilt free. Completely tasty.

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  • 2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  • 3. Add shredded coconut, almonds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, psyllium husk powder, pink Himalayan salt flakes, water, chili flakes and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 5. Spread half the mixture onto each tray and spread as thinly as possible with a spatula
  • 6. Bake baking sheets - 1 hr, 160°C
  • 7. Break into pieces
  • 8. Return to the oven which has been switched off and leave in there until the oven is cold
