Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
3. Add shredded coconut, almonds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, psyllium husk powder, pink Himalayan salt flakes, water, chili flakes and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
4. Blend with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 6
5. Spread half the mixture onto each tray and spread as thinly as possible with a spatula
6. Bake baking sheets - 1 hr, 160°C
7. Break into pieces
8. Return to the oven which has been switched off and leave in there until the oven is cold
