Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. Add shredded coconut, almonds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, psyllium husk powder, sea salt, water, chili flakes and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  6. Press content of TM5 bowl into 2 baking sheets
  7. Spread thinly
  8. Bake - 1 hr, 160°C
  9. Break into pieces
  10. Return until cold
  11. Serve
