Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 160°C
  2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add shredded coconut
  5. Add almonds
  6. Add flaxseeds
  7. Add pumpkin seeds
  8. Add sunflower seeds
  9. Add chia seeds
  10. Add psyllium husk powder
  11. Add sea salt
  12. Add water
  13. Add chili flakes
  14. Add black pepper
  15. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  16. Press content of TM5 bowl into 2 baking sheets
  17. Spread thinly
  18. Bake - 1 hr, 160°C
  19. Break into pieces
  20. Return until cold
  21. Serve
