Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add lemon, parmesan cheese and garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Blitz - approx 8 sec, speed 8
  6. Then add lemon, pine nuts, fresh basil, sugar and sea salt to the dressing
  7. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  8. Pour extra virgin olive oil into the dressing while machine is running
  9. Blend - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  10. Add brie to the baking sheet
  11. Score gently
  12. Cook - 5 min, 180°C
  13. Transfer dressing to cheese mixture
  14. Bake - 5 min, 180°C
  15. Sprinkle with pine nuts
