Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Add lemon zest, parmesan cheese and garlic to the TM5 bowl
4. Blitz - approx 8 sec, speed 8 with MC on
5. Then add lemon juice, fresh basil, sugar, pink Himalayan salt flakes and toasted pine nuts
6. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 5
7. Add oil through hole in lid while machine is running
8. Blend - approx 5 sec, speed 5
9. Place the brie onto the baking sheet
10. Score gently
11. Bake - 5 min, 180°C
12. Spread some of the dressing on top of the cheese
13. Bake - 5 min, 180°C
14. Sprinkle with additional toasted pine nuts, basil leaves and some tomatoes if desired
