  5. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  7. Add prepared lemon
  8. Add cubed parmesan cheese
  9. Add garlic clove
  10. Blitz - approx 8 sec, speed 8
  11. Add prepared lemon
  12. Add prepared pine nuts
  13. Add fresh basil
  14. Add sugar
  15. Add sea salt
  16. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  17. Pour extra virgin olive oil while machine is running
  18. Blend - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  19. Get baking sheet
  20. Add brie
  21. Score gently
  22. Cook - 5 min, 180°C
  23. Transfer dressing to cheese mixture
  24. Bake - 5 min, 180°C
  25. Sprinkle with pine nuts
