Every party needs a cheese ball and this is the one! A creamy three-cheese blend coated in a peppery almond shell. Serve with crackers and you're done. Easy, peasy, cheesy.

Step preview

  1. Add black peppercorns and pink peppercorns to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blitz - approx 3 sec, speed 8
  4. Then add almonds to the TM5 bowl
  5. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  6. Prepare a clean work surface foil
  7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  8. Add scallion, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and Jarlsberg cheese to the TM5 bowl
  9. Chop - approx 15 sec, speed 8
  10. Pour apple juice into the TM5 bowl while machine is running
  11. Blend until smooth - approx 20 sec, speed 4
  12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to nuts
  13. Roll until coated
  14. Shape into a ball
  15. Wrap tightly with foil
  16. Refrigerate in fridge - 3 hr
  17. Serve with cheese knife
