Every party needs a cheese ball and this is the one! A creamy three-cheese blend coated in a peppery almond shell. Serve with crackers and you're done. Easy, peasy, cheesy.

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside scallion: quartered
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add black peppercorns
  4. Add pink peppercorns
  5. Blitz - approx 3 sec, speed 8
  6. Add almonds
  7. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  8. Prepare a clean work surface with foil
  9. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  10. Add prepared scallion to the TM5 bowl
  11. Add cheddar cheese
  12. Add cream cheese
  13. Add Jarlsberg cheese
  14. Chop - approx 15 sec, speed 8
  15. Pour apple juice while machine is running
  16. Blend until smooth - approx 20 sec, speed 4
  17. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to nuts
  18. Roll until coated
  19. Shape into a ball
  20. Wrap tightly with foil
  21. Refrigerate in fridge - 3 hr
  22. Serve with cheese knife
