Every party needs a cheese ball and this is the one! A creamy three-cheese blend coated in a peppery almond shell. Serve with crackers and you're done. Easy, peasy, cheesy.

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside scallion: quartered
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add black peppercorns
  4. Add pink peppercorns
  5. Blitz for approx 3s
  6. Add almonds
  7. Chop for approx 3s
  8. Prepare a work surface with foil
  9. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  10. Retrieve TM5 bowl
  11. Add prepared scallion
  12. Add cheddar cheese
  13. Add cream cheese
  14. Add Jarlsberg cheese
  15. Chop for approx 15s
  16. Pour apple juice while machine is running
  17. Blend for approx 20s until smooth
  18. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  19. Roll until coated
  20. Shape into a ball
  21. Wrap tightly with foil
  22. Refrigerate in fridge for 3h
  23. Serve with cheese knife
