Step preview

  1. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  2. Add egg
  3. Add buttermilk
  4. Add golden caster sugar
  5. Add sea salt
  6. Blend for approx 10s
  7. Add self raising flour
  8. Blend for approx 20s
  9. Add melted butter
  10. Mix for approx 10s
  11. Pre-heat a frying pan for 5min on medium heat
  12. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  13. Spoon batter into frying pan bit by bit
  14. Fry each side in frying pan until light golden
  15. Serve immediately
