Everyone loves a good cheeseball so how about a melty cheese ball wrapped in prosciutto? This recipe is truly decadent and worth the effort!

Step preview

  1. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  2. Add cubed cheddar cheese
  3. Add cubed Red Leicester Cheese
  4. Add umami paste
  5. Add fresh rosemary
  6. Add white wine
  7. Blend for approx 1min
  8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  9. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  10. Layer prosciutto into a circle
  11. Scoop cheese mixture onto meat
  12. Shape into a ball
  13. Wrap
  14. Garnish with fresh rosemary
  15. Refrigerate in fridge for approx 24h
  16. Pre-heat a large cast iron skillet
  17. Transfer meat to large cast iron skillet
  18. Cook for 15min until fragrant
  19. Serve immediately
