  11. Add baking powder
  12. Add ground cloves
  13. Add mixed spice
  14. Add nutmeg
  15. Add butter
  16. Add honey
  17. Heat for approx 2min
  18. Add egg
  19. Add vanilla bean paste
  20. Add sea salt
  21. Add prepared lemon
  22. Add prepared orange
  23. Blend for approx 10s
  24. Transfer nuts to TM5 bowl
  25. Mix for approx 5s
  26. Add dried cherries
  27. Add dates
  28. Add dried apricots
  29. Add raisins
  30. Add currants
  31. Stir for approx 10s
  32. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to springform pan
  33. Bake for 45min until fragrant
  34. Glaze honey
  35. Let cool on round wire rack
  36. Serve
