  5. Grease evenly in cake tin
  6. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5

  8. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  9. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  10. Add baking powder to the TM5 bowl
  11. Add ground cloves
  12. Add mixed spice
  13. Add nutmeg
  14. Add butter
  15. Add honey
  16. Heat - approx 2 min, 50°C, speed 1
  17. Add egg
  18. Add vanilla bean paste
  19. Add sea salt
  20. Add prepared lemon
  21. Add prepared orange
  22. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  23. Transfer nuts to TM5 bowl
  24. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 8
  25. Add dried cherries
  26. Add dates
  27. Add dried apricots
  28. Add raisins
  29. Add currants
  30. Stir - approx 10 sec, speed 3
  31. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to springform pan
  32. Bake until fragrant - 45 min, 160°C
  33. Glaze honey
  34. Let cool on round wire rack
  35. Serve
