  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add egg white
  5. Add cream of tartar
  6. Whisk for approx 5min
  7. Add golden caster sugar bit by bit while blending
  8. Whisk for approx 6min
  9. Scrape occasionally
  10. Add cornflour
  11. Add white wine vinegar
  12. Add vanilla bean paste
  13. Whisk for approx 1min
  14. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to baking sheet gently
  15. Shape into a circle
  16. Reduce
  17. Bake for 1h 20min
  18. Let cool for 3h
  19. Spread with whipped cream generously
  20. Arrange mixed berries
  21. Serve
