  1. Prep and set aside peach: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside salted butter: sliced
  3. Get a clean saucepan
  4. Add prepared peach
  5. Add granulated sugar
  6. Add salt
  7. Cook slowly until sugar has dissolved then set aside
  8. Pre-heat - 175°C
  9. Get a clean baking pan
  10. Add prepared salted butter evenly
  11. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  12. Add all purpose flour
  13. Add granulated sugar
  14. Add baking powder
  15. Add salt
  16. Stir milk slowly then set aside
  17. Pour until covered
  18. Spoon evenly
  19. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon generously
  20. Bake - 38 min, 175°C
