This old fashioned Peach Cobbler recipe is not only extremely easy to make from scratch, but it’s made with fresh or canned peaches so you can enjoy it all year round.

    Method

  • 1. Add peach, granulated sugar and salt to a clean saucepan
  • 2. Cook slowly until sugar has dissolved then set aside
  • 3. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
  • 4. Slice salted butter to a clean baking pan and spread evenly
  • 5. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 6. Stir milk into the large mixing bowl slowly then set aside
  • 7. Spread cooked peaches on the bottom of the baking pan and cover with batter
  • 8. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon generously
  • 9. Bake - 38 min, 175°C / 350°F
