Step preview

  1. Add orange to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 10 sec, speed 7
  4. Then add pear and sugar to the TM5 bowl
  5. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  6. Then add raisins, candied ginger, flaked almonds, lemon, orange, ground cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ground cardamom to the TM5 bowl
  7. Cook - approx 35 min, varoma, reverse speed 1
  8. Cool slightly
  9. Add brandy to the TM5 bowl
  10. Stir - approx 10 sec, gentle stir
  11. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 4 jars
  12. Refrigerate in fridge
