  18. Add cloves
  19. Add nutmeg
  20. Add ground cardamom
  21. Cook for approx 35min
  22. Cool slightly
  23. Add brandy
  24. Stir for approx 10s
  25. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 4 jars
  26. Refrigerate in fridge
