Fruit mince tarts are a must at Christmas - this recipe, with the addition of pears, is decadent, flavourful and easy to make. You'll love it!

    Method

  • 1. Add orange zest to the Thermomix bowl
  • 2. Chop with MC on - 10 sec, speed 7
  • 3. Add pear and sugar
  • 4. Chop with MC on - 3 sec, speed 6
  • 5. Add remaining ingredients except brandy
  • 6. Cook - 35 min, Varoma, reverse speed 1
  • 7. Cool slightly
  • 8. Stir brandy through and set aside until ready to use
  • 9. Store in sterilised jars in the fridge until use
