Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside unsalted butter: melted
  2. Prep and set aside marzipan: cubed
  3. Line a muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  4. Get a clean baking sheet
  5. Add blanched almonds
  6. Add quinoa
  7. Cook for 10min
  8. Transfer content of baking sheet to TM5 bowl
  9. Add raw cane sugar
  10. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  11. Blitz for approx 20s
  12. Add ground cinnamon
  13. Add orange zest
  14. Add almond extract
  15. Add vanilla bean paste
  16. Add sea salt
  17. Add egg white
  18. Blend for approx 20s
  19. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  20. Pour prepared unsalted butter slowly while machine is running
  21. Blend for approx 20s
  22. Add prepared marzipan
  23. Add cherries
  24. Add pistachios
  25. Stir
  26. Divide content of TM5 bowl between muffin pan evenly between
  27. Garnish with orange peel
  28. Bake for 15min until fragrant
  29. Serve
