  • Ginger icon
    Ginger1 wedgefinely sliced
  • Broccolini icon
    Broccolini1 headchopped
  • Long grain rice icon
    Long grain rice120 g
  • Vegetable stock icon
    Vegetable stock1.5 L
  • White pepper icon
    White pepper2 teaspoons
    Method

  • 1. Add long grain rice to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Then add vegetable stock, white pepper and ginger to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Cook - approx 1 hr, 90°C, speed 2
  • 5. Add broccolini to the varoma tray
  • 6. Steam - approx 30 min, Varoma, reverse speed 3
  • 7. Serve
