    Method

  • 1. Add fresh sage, leek and butter to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook - 7 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 3. Then add potato, water, chicken stock and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Cook - 15 min, 100°C, speed 1
  • 5. Blend - 1 min, speed 9 with MC in place
  • 6. Season to taste
  • 7. Serve
