    20g (about ¾ cup)

Step preview

  1. Add water, miso paste, bonito flakes and dulse sea vegetable flakes to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Boil - approx 10 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  4. Then add carrot and green beans to the TM5 bowl
  5. Cook - approx 6 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  6. Then add tofu and scallion to the TM5 bowl
  7. Heat - approx 5 min
  8. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 4 large serving bowls
  9. Garnish with pickled ginger and shallot
  10. Serve
