  1. Prep and set aside green beans: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside tofu: cubed
  3. Prep and set aside scallion: sliced
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add water
  6. Add miso paste
  7. Add bonito flakes
  8. Add dulse sea vegetable flakes
  9. Boil for approx 10min
  10. Add sliced carrot
  11. Add prepared green beans
  12. Cook for approx 6min
  13. Add prepared tofu
  14. Add prepared scallion
  15. Heat for approx 5min
  16. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 4 large serving bowls
  17. Garnish with pickled ginger
  18. Garnish with shallot
  19. Serve
