Method
1. Add water, miso paste, bonito flakes and dulse sea vegetable flakes to the TM5 bowl
2. Boil - 10 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
3. Then add carrot and green beans to the TM5 bowl
4. Cook - 6 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
5. Then add tofu and scallion to the TM5 bowl
6. Add tofu and spring onions to Thermomix bowl and allow to warm through before serving. (about 5 minutes)
7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 4 large serving bowls
8. Garnish with pickled ginger and cripsy shallot
