Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside scallion: finely chopped
  2. Prep and set aside lime: zest of
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add ground chicken
  5. Add cilantro
  6. Add prepared scallion
  7. Add prepared lime
  8. Add chili sauce
  9. Add tamari
  10. Add egg white
  11. Add sea salt
  12. Add black pepper
  13. Blend for approx 7s and continue
  14. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  15. Pour coconut cream while machine is running
  16. Blend for approx 5s
  17. Chill in fridge for approx 30min
  18. Get a clean cutting board
  19. Add zucchini
  20. Slice into rounds
  21. Scoop
  22. Stuff filling into vegetables
  23. Transfer vegetables to varoma tray
  24. Steam for approx 15min
  25. Serve
  26. Garnish with shredded kaffir lime leaves
