Method
1. Add milk, egg, extra virgin olive oil, greek yogurt and fresh yeast to the TM5 bowl
2. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 7
3. Heat - approx 2 min, 37°C, speed 2
4. Then add bread flour, sea salt, sugar and baking powder to the TM5 bowl
5. Knead - approx 3 min, dough
6. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large mixing bowl
8. Cover tightly with plastic wrap
9. Let rise - approx 2 hr
10. Flour
11. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
12. Pre-heat a clean pizza stone oven
13. Flour a clean work surface
14. Transfer dough to work surface
15. Knead until smooth - approx 10 min
16. Divide with dough scraper
17. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
18. Shape
19. Transfer dough to pizza stone
20. Bake - 6 min, 200°C
21. Serve
