Step preview

  1. Add milk, egg, extra virgin olive oil, greek yogurt and fresh yeast to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 7
  4. Heat - approx 2 min, 37°C, speed 2
  5. Then add bread flour, sea salt, sugar and baking powder to the TM5 bowl
  6. Knead - approx 3 min, dough
  7. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large mixing bowl
  9. Cover tightly with plastic wrap
  10. Let rise - approx 2 hr
  11. Flour
  12. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  13. Pre-heat a clean pizza stone oven
  14. Flour a clean work surface
  15. Transfer dough to work surface
  16. Knead until smooth - approx 10 min
  17. Divide with dough scraper
  18. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  19. Shape
  20. Transfer dough to pizza stone
  21. Cook - 6 min, 200°C
  22. Serve
