Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside egg: beaten
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add milk
  4. Add prepared egg
  5. Add extra virgin olive oil
  6. Add greek yogurt
  7. Add fresh yeast
  8. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 7
  9. Heat - approx 2 min, 37°C, speed 2
  10. Add bread flour
  11. Add sea salt
  12. Add sugar
  13. Add baking powder
  14. Knead - approx 3 min, dough
  15. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
  16. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large mixing bowl
  17. Cover tightly with plastic wrap
  18. Let rise - approx 2 hr
  19. Flour
  20. Pre-heat - 200°C
  21. Pre-heat a clean pizza stone
  22. Flour a clean work surface
  23. Transfer dough to work surface
  24. Knead until smooth - approx 10 min
  25. Divide with dough scraper
  26. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  27. Shape
  28. Transfer dough to pizza stone
  29. Cook - 6 min, 200°C
  30. Serve
