Step preview

  1. Add sugar and vanilla bean to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  4. Then add butter and all purpose flour to the dough
  5. Mix until small clumps form - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  6. Mix and continue - approx 22 sec, dough
  7. Pour water into the dough slowly while machine is running
  8. Mix until dough forms
  9. Prepare on lightly-floured surface
  10. Transfer dough to work surface
  11. Roll out
