Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside vanilla bean: toasted
  2. Prep and set aside butter: cold & cubed
  3. Prep and set aside water: cold
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add sugar
  6. Add prepared vanilla bean
  7. Blend for approx 10s
  8. Add prepared butter
  9. Add all purpose flour
  10. Mix for approx 10s until small clumps form
  11. Mix for approx 22s and continue
  12. Pour prepared water slowly while machine is running
  13. Mix until dough forms
  14. Prepare on lightly-floured surface
  15. Transfer dough to work surface
  16. Roll out
