    200ml (¾ cup)

    300g (about 5⅛)

Step preview

  1. Add granulated sugar and water to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat until boiling
  3. Simmer and set aside - 5 min
  4. Let cool
  5. Get a clean medium bowl
  6. Transfer syrup to medium bowl
  7. Add lemon to the mixture
  8. Whisk together
  9. Churn in ice cream maker
  10. Pour in plastic container
  11. Freeze until firm
  12. Scoop
